While the syllabus is more or less the same across all boards, each board has their strengths and specialty. ISC Curriculum offers an exposure to modern as well as Elizabethan literature thus striking a balance between covering various genres. It also provides a better understanding of English language thus making the learners have a better edge and in a superior position to face the global world. A vivid choice of subjects is an added advantage of the board. Because of its extensive and intensive study pattern ISC curriculum assists students in various competitive exams too.
The courses we offer are
Plain Commerce is not as plain as the name suggests. It is a lucrative course in ISC- Commerce aiming at creating world class entrepreneurs, competent traders and skilled managers. Along with the extensive ISC Curriculum we also impart various exploratory activities like Group Discussions, Extempore, Elocutions, Debates on current affair, Guest seminars on World Economics and Career Guidance Sessions. We also expose our students to field visits, excursions and youth conventions, thus building on their personality and making them smart individuals.
Plain Science is a stream of Science Branch, where the students who want to have a wide career options, like medicine, architecture, research, teaching and tutoring, pharmacy and other applied sciences open after Grade XII. Students can choose from the optional subjects to make education stress free yet vivid. Along with ISC curriculum, we provide an extensive extra-curricular exposure to our students making them career oriented. We also provide assistance for KVPY and CET, to interested students.
IIT Integrated is a self designed course with focus on IIT-JEE Mains and Advance, exams. This program is a well designed initiative aiming at providing an edge to engineering aspirants while they are still studying for their Boards. The students have a Board choice of both ISC and HSC. The Educators training this batch are Engineers themselves with abundant experience, having worked with notable coaching institutes and created many IITians. Our guidance does not only limit to IIT JEE preparations but also includes assistance in other entrance and competitive examinations like BITSAT, VITEEE, CET, various Olympiads, KVPY and NTSE etc.
NEET Integrated too is a self designed course with focus on Medical Entrance Exam- NEET, wherein students study the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology with a competitive streak to them without neglecting the Boards. The students have a Board choice of both ISC and HSC. We stand proud with a team of well-qualified, experienced, dedicated and hardworking professionals who are passionate for teaching. We conduct various in house NEET pattern tests and also make available Test Series from reputed institutes across India. We further offer bountiful training, enabling them to take various competitive exams like AIIMS, JIPMER, CMC-Vellore etc.
CA Foundation is the new entrance level for the Chartered Accountancy course in India. Earlier it was known as Common Proficiency Test conducted by ICAI- Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. At ASHOKA JUNIOR COLLEGE, along with ISC Commerce, we make available an incorporated program in classroom education that includes instruction and tutoring for the CA- Foundation exam thus making the students proficient to crack it successfully. Our Commerce Faculty is a team of well qualified Educators with professional degrees like, CA, CMA, LL.B. and LL.M. Along with coaching for core-subjects we also provide our pupils with Business English Course to prepare them to take on the competitive world with a head start.
