Education is what survives when what has been learned has been forgotten. Ashoka Junior College boasts of a qualified team of Educators, all post graduates with majors in their respective fields. Most of our staff members keep pursuing additional educational qualifications so as to stay in touch with modern and innovative teaching techniques. Along with this we also conduct various faculty developmement programs, inhouse, like NLP, Personality Development, New Teaching Methodology etc. Our teachers also participate in training programs and cell meetings conducted by the CISCE. Continuous Professional Development is one of the major aims of our Management committee and hence we facilitate training programs by GCC and UCLA for our senior teachers.
