To dive deep into the world of nutrition Ashoka Universal School conducted a webinar for our beloved Grandparents on "Healthy Aging: How to look, feel, stay young and energetic" on Monday, 17January . The resource person was Dr. Rajvardhan Shelke.
This webinar helped our Grandparents to understand health from a different perspective and was an attempt to get answers of perplexed questions like " What is a healthy lifestyle?" and also "How to age with a healthy mind and body?"
