A sound infrastructure is essential for the overall growth and development of a student. A good infrastructure enhances performance and instigates a student to excel in the field of his choice. Infrastructure conducive to a child’s intellectual, mental, physical and emotional development thus plays a key role in the success of a child.

Being fully aware of the importance of infrastructure in a child’s life, Ashoka Universal School with its state-of-the-art infrastructure rightly boasts of world-class facilities within its campus. With spacious and well-lit classrooms, laboratories, dance room, music room, arts room (catering to various forms of art), huge playground, basketball court, library, astronomical observatory, infirmary, dining hall, auditorium and VC room, the school is at with international standards to provide the best for our students.

Class Rooms

Spacious and well-lit technology enabled classrooms that work as catalysts in the teaching-learning process are one of the most essential features of the infrastructure. Every class is equipped with smart boards to enhance learning and retain concepts.

The STEM Lab

The STEM Lab is a unique feature of our school where students can assemble various parts of an equipment using tools to create a robot, a vehicle or any such device of their choice. The Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) Lab enables a student to combine their scientific, technological and mathematical knowledge to create something new.

Science laboratories

Science laboratories (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) nurture scientific temperament and quench curiosity. Students are given the opportunity to work in the lab as much as possible to strengthen and understand scientific concepts better.

Computer Lab

A Computer Lab, equipped with the latest technology is in place to sharpen students’ technological skills.

We have a Maths Lab where students learn to solve numerical problems through innovative means.

There is also a Biotechnology Lab for students who wish to understand and pursue a career in a rapidly upcoming and expanding subject— Biotechnology.

Our Commerce Lab is for students who wish to master the subject.

The Language Lab, where students enhance their English language speaking skills and enrich their vocabulary through audio-visual aids, is an important feature of our infrastructure and creative teaching process.

Dance Room

This room has been specially designed for students who seek to hone their dancing skills and bring out the grace and beauty in their dance moves. Equipped with international quality music system, this room gives enough space to students to nurture their skills in dance. Our trained dance teachers can skilfully gauge a student’s style and skills and work with them to reach their potential.

Music Rooms

The school boasts of not one but several music rooms, with each room being specially dedicated to an instrument, be it drums, guitars, keyboards or Indian classical instruments. Students can learn the instrument of their choice in a room specially dedicated for that particular instrument in a focused but comfortable environment. The music masters provide an encouraging environment for students to learn and grow as musicians.

Art Room

The Art room besides possessing a dedicated space for painting, drawing and colouring has a different sections for other forms of art, such as woodart, sculpture, pottery, sand art, calligraphy and hobby ideas. It is a space specially designed to hone young artists.

Play Area

The school has a dimensional basketball court, a huge playground where students can play football, cricket and also has a throw ball court. There is space for athletic games such as high jump and long jump as well. The gymnastics room is a haven for budding gymnasts. Each of the sports activities are conducted under the supervision of best-in-field trainers and coaches.

Dining Hall

An immaculate dining hall caters to the nutritional needs of students, with the menu being decided according to age groups. A completely vegetarian diet is provided with special provision for Jain food.

Infirmary

An infirmary with a qualified nurse is also a part of the infrastructure, where children can seek immediate medical attention in case of any discomfort. We are also associated some of the best hospitals in the event of an emergency.

Library

A well-equipped library stocked with books by renowned authors to instigate, foster and retain a reading habit also forms an integral part of the infrastructure. From fact to fiction, literature to appreciation the library caters to different genres of authors and allows a student the liberty to read books of either a specific genre or diverse genres, depending upon personal interest.

Students are asked to either give book reviews or critical analysis of a book on a regular basis to ensure comprehension and reinforce the habit of reading.

Shooting Range

A shooting range in the school has given rise to several shooting stars who have represented the school at national level shooting competitions and brought laurels to the school.
