The Educator serves as a link between the children and the environment, encouraging respect, curiosity, creativity and responsibility.The Educator's role is not only to transmit information from prepared curriculum, but also to create an environment of calm, order and joy in the classroom to develop self confidence and inner discipline. The specially designed resources foster independence and love for learning ant an early age. The preschoolers learn best by hands on experiences and are self- motivated.
